All your benefits/discounts will be applied by the partner venue at the time of check out. Please show your membership (digital) card. Make sure you inform the venue about your BaliPass every time you want to use it prior to asking for the bill.

Benefit of the Balipass membership card should be apply only for card holder. Benefits offered by the venues are not applicable for members' guest.

Unfortunately, at this point the card is non refundable. (But who would want a refund anyway?!)

This is very rare and usually a miscommunication problem between the Partner Venue management team and their staff on the ground. 1) You can ask them to contact their manager, showing them the BaliPass website where the name of the venue and associated perks are displayed
2) If that cannot be done (holiday, not responding, etc...) keep the bill and send it to us. We'll refund the amount that you should have saved + 10%. BaliPass is first and foremost a community of travelers, your feedback is invaluable!
