We don’t ask or require any form of payment or fees to become a BaliPass venue. The registration process is totally free. No Costs or fees are to be paid.

As a partner, you will offer some form of benefit or discount to BaliPass members. Benefits can be discounts or an additional offer of any type. This discount is chosen by you.

We don’t have any min. discount or offer – all offer is completely up to venue partners. But the bigger the deal the more popular it will be.

Each partner venue will be promoted on all our social media platforms, website with contact details, and a backlink to your own social media or website. Each BaliPass venue will also benefit from our marketing campaigns (online/offline).

Being part of the BaliPass community will lead to each brand increasing their brand positioning and brand visibility in Bali. On top of that, a BaliPass members card (6 months validity) is offered for every partner registration.

To get listed in the BaliPass Partners’ please fill in the form and upload the following document :

• Company name and brand name
• Select the Business activity (List)
• Select the location (List)
• Address
• Logo
• Website link
• Offer/benefits with details (put as much details as possible)
• Accept the Terms & Conditions

After you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions and sent us the agreed offer for BaliPass members (contact and offer to BaliPass members) a confirmation mail will be sent. If you need any assistance you can send a message to . Once your business is confirmed, our technical team will update the venue list by adding the new partner accordingly.

All your benefits/discounts will be applied by the partner venue at the time of check out. Please show your membership (digital) card. Make sure you inform the venue about your BaliPass every time you want to use it prior to asking for the bill.

Unfortunately, at this point the card is non refundable. (But who would want a refund anyway?!)
